Tagine recipes needed

Postby Judge Ali » Fri Nov 23, 2012 10:13 am

Just got myself a Tagine. Its primarily to make the traditional moroccan lamb dish in but wondering if anyone has got any other recipes for it? I know you can basically make anything with them but anyone got anything they have already made in one that worked out?

I have always got plenty of bunny and venison year round, this time of year obviously pheasant and loads of pigeon during spring/summer if anyone has any dishes using them? :hmm:

All ideas gratefully received.

Cheers
Alex

Yes there's plenty of sites was hoping for something tried and tested or a bit different using something you can shoot. Will happily just use one of the online beef recipes and swap with venison and see how it comes out.
