I had four partridge breasts and some Pancetta rashers to use up.

I rolled the pancetta around the partridge breasts.

Lightly fried them off.

I then made foil pouches for them, added some dry white wine, sealed the foil, and cooked in the oven.

Tasty, and the reduced jucies/wine made a nice sauce.
