KC Kennel name

KC Kennel name

Postby Nick T » Mon Feb 25, 2013 10:22 pm

We are now on our third attempt to register our kennel name. Rejection of the multiple names we have put forward is now pushing to unwanted and obscure/made up words. Apparently our requests sound too much like other names. We have black labs.

If anyone has some wonderful, one off name less than 12 letters that would suit a kennel name-please put it forward for rejection  you never know the board might agree that "dog" sounds nothing like "cat"

My whippet is from 'Pennymeadow' named after the field close to the Breeder, is there any 'name' near you or place name that you like.

My user name is also our kennel name which is an island on Loch Lomond next to we're I live, worth a google if you fancy an unusual name. It took me 3 attempts to get mine so good luck.

'Borsdane' stands out to me!

That's the wood where we were Pigeon shooting Nick down by the stream

'Brinsop' is another one!

Borsdane was our first choice. We even had Owfen turned down. Seems no matter what we choose, the names always sound like one already taken. My dad speaks Arabic, going to ask him for some alternatives. TBH I think KC are just being arsey :turd:
