Caught last Saturday by my mate Lee, a new lake record at 14 pounds 5 ounces, safely returned to fight another day and to give someone else the thrill of a 30 minute fight on light tackle
Wow. that's a "whopper". In the US the word "whopper" can be used to describe a very big lie or a very big fish of extraordinary size. That because fishermen either catch "whoppers" or tell "whoppers". Photos are always appreciated. Nice fish. I would have filleted it and made a big deal of a dinner. Nice catch!!!!
