I just seen a comment on the Olympics - they're hoping Team Somalia know that the shooting and sailing are separate events!

I doubt they would do anything to prejudice their soon to be applied for British citizenship.
If you don't have to give up your car because other people commit crimes in their cars, why should I have to give up my firearms because other people commit crimes with their firearms?

My favourite tale of all times concerns the rescue of troops in the 'Operation Barras' where the crucial difference was illustrated.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Barras

The book of the event relates how a load of Paras (no sissys themselves) were despatched to a substantial and ongoing 'hot' firefight where they found the SAS brewing tea in the middle of it all while still fighting! (You have to be British to fully understand the tea thing.)
If you don't have to give up your car because other people commit crimes in their cars, why should I have to give up my firearms because other people commit crimes with their firearms?

I may be warped but I like that fellow. He was one of the most memorable along with "Gunny" in an otherwise boring movie.

And only require 5 destroyers, 5000 rounds and 200 shells to do it! And then realise you were actually on their side!
