Anything goes - within reason.

Not rain please not tonight.

Tonight I had promised myself a long session out after bunnies and foxes, mainly because it's that damned Eurovision farce all night on the box, and the girls have settled in for the whole night. However now it is absolutely slinging it down and I can't go out. Should I be a "miserable get" to quote my wife, and sit alone in the conservatory and reload 100's of rounds, or do I earn some brownie points by watching the crap, pretending to be interested, but just quietly getting pissed. where's my sloe gin

I recently bought a vintage circa 1947 Marlin Model 80 22 rimfire rifle. It considered a starter bolt action rifle. It needed a bit of work so I've spent the last several days tinkering with it as my wife watches "girl" stuff on the TV. It keeps me busy rather than bored.
The faster I go, the older I get.
