My CG63 in perfect condition with correct aperture sights , adjustable target trigger , Schultz and Larsen heavy target barrel , full length heat shield and beautifully figured walnut stock complete with original match sling.
I have cases and dies which could also go with it at extra cost . plus RFD charges

£475 no offers.

A recent heart attack means that I will be reducing the number of rifles I have , there will be others later.

Thanks, that is one unusual looking rifle. I've seen under hammer pistols before but never a rifle.
What's the reasoning behind the hammer being underneath? Less flash near your eyes?

Those under hammer guns were fairly popular at one time. They were less expensive to build and had a nice slender profile which made them handy to carry. My brother bought one and used it for hunting. He really like his rifle but unfortunately passed away before he he could get a deer with it.

Clear sighting plane , no interuptions when you squeeze of the shot . With 32grains of fffg behind a linen patched ball it easily penetrates 2" pine at 100yds ;¬))
