just got it,very pleased just the right size for what i want, but i bought it used so needs a strop :lol:

Looks like the previous owner has sharpend it on a course oil stone with the course marks on the blade. Im sure youll get it sorted though fella ;)

put it on the sharpmaker and even with the medium stones well past there best its come up sharp,a couple of laps on my razor strop and it is popping hair :thup: .
easily the best steel i've sharpened to date, and with a decent system easy to see how they get it hair wittingly sharp
ran it lightly across the back of my hand and nothing,oh well i thought it will have to do,next morning there was a really fine cut there,it was that sharp i did not feel it and it did not bleed :shock: :lol: :lol: :Facepalm:
