Absolutely love the place and try to make a point of calling in whenever I'm passing - it's not a retail shop at all - more like a trade counter specialising in reloading gear and accessories etc, but they are happy to serve individuals as well as dealers/suppliers. I've always had good advice whenever I've needed it and their prices are very hard to beat usually. Staff are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

I concur. Pity you can't browse bit well stocked and very knowledgeable too! Also easy to deal with over the phone with a fast mail order service.

More top notch service from Hannams, was in throught the week, got 100 winchester 308 cases among other things, when I got home and unpacked my stuff I found the brass was bagged in 50's and there was only one bag, so I'd got 50 but paid for 100 - rang them up straight away, explained the problem, and they apologised profusely and posted another bag of 50 which arrived first post the following day.

Have to say I'm pretty satisfied with their mail order service, only minor cock up was when something wasnt in stock on one order, they didnt send the whole order including some desperately needed bits  ..... and no one called to say .. but other than that pretty good
Black powder smoke ....... the shot seemed ok... but it takes ages to find out :D
