Hello,
I working at Home LASER shooting simulator. It will be almost ready to be released. The objective of this project is a cross-platform free laser shooting simulator available to the average user. This solution is using ordinary webcam and ordinary laser pointer. HomeLESS is a free software. Anybody can download the source code and improve it oneself. HomeLESS is developed in open source programming language and environment Processing and can be used in both GNU/Linux and Microsoft Windows. The project also includes detailed documentation on the creation of a special laser gun – LaBr-gun.

He appears to be based at the University of Defence in Brno, Czech Republic, so it probably started off as a people shooting program.

More, ok.
So, at first, You have target, which is scanning by camera. Second, You shooting on the target with special LASER weapon and data from camera is processed by software on pc. Third, You have not to go at the shooting range and You can easily shooting at home for free. Fourth, most important part, you dont have to pay for specialized software and hardware. You can easily change shooting conditions. (Distatnce, target type and size, caliber of weapon, the weapon itself...)
It is sounds good for you? :)

Hi,
can you describe problem little more?
For example: Operation system - Windows / GNU/Linux. Instaled libraries: GStreamer, Java. Etc.
Program runs or not? Problem with webcam? Some error messages (describe or screenshot)?

This data will help solve the problem (and will be very useful for future for others). :)
