OK, I'm cheap. Anyone know a source for this type of shooting glasses that doesn't want your eyeballs in payment? I can get the prescription lenses made separately.

I have those glasses. They are made in Rhode Island. Unfortunately I can't buy the directly from the manufacturer. They sold as industrial safety glasses and most safety catalogs have them listed. I prefer the gray lenses. They are better in day light. I have them with the prescription insert. With the insert they are awkward at best to use. I finally got a prescription for pistol shooting glasses where the right lens is set for the pistol' s front sight and the left lens is set for infinity.
The faster I go, the older I get.

ARCO are a major supplier of Personal Protective Equipment in the UK.
Just google the name and find your nearest outlet. They specialise in the type of thing you are looking for and it doesn't cost and arm and a leg.
I have used them frequently in a past occupation and would have no hesitation in using them again. :)
