If you find any expanding ammo in brass cases during your search let me know please.

Well, they are not in brass cases, but Wolf has a 154 grain soft point. You could pull the bullets and reload in brass cases if nothing else is available.

Never found any over here.
I have plenty of new Lapua brass, several suitable powders and a few different bullets.
But it is the bullets that are a pain to source, got some from the USA and a few odds from uk shops.
I have now loaded a few experimental rounds now and the rifle seems to shoot them all very well.
So far the biggest issue is the difference in point of impact for the different bullats/powders, they all shoot decent
just that there is nearly 6 inches of difference at 50 yards between 130 and 150 grain bullets.
Adding the moderator tightened the groups up, but sees the point of impact rise 9 inches at 50 yards
Still its early days at the moment, much more development needed and no real rush

What rifle are you shooting the round out of?
The faster I go, the older I get.

if anyone want's to try solid brass bullets for testing I can bring some back from Slovenia end of August.
150Gr .308, guy that makes them tested them in 7.62x39 and they work fine.

If they work in a proper 7.62x39 they are not .308"
.312" work best in mine, although .310" are pretty good as well, .308" it will pattern like a shotgun, as will just about any 30 cal with a .310" bore
Should he have any in .310" or .312" in the 130 grain class I would be interested.

sorry, 308 only,
they were shot from CZ858 without issues like I said.
I know original bullets are around 310 - 312, depends from the gun.
