Very nice, Mike.

I have a Henry .22 pump action, and the next rifles on my list are going to be a Henry Frontier .22 and a Henry .357 Big Boy. I did have a Marlin 39D briefly (10 days!) but it was a total lemon so it got traded on the pump action.

Les, a mate just bought the Henry big boy silver edition. before you buy take a look at one

The wood is superb I know it's £100 more but the look is fantastic

I know, it's very tempting Mike. I really like the look of the brass version, but I'd like to see them side by side (no, not him, the rifles! ;) ). I think the quality of the wood is probably more down to luck than anything else, unless the silver version has a better grade of walnut.
