Howa 1500/KRG Bravo chassis in 6.5 Creedmoor.

Postby Calfed » Sun Dec 02, 2018 3:09 am

I recently completed a 6.5 Creedmoor "budget build". I purchased a Howa 24" 1500 barreled action in 6.5 Creedmoor that was on sale at Brownells. After some pondering, I chose a KRG Bravo chassis. I put a Talley scope mount and have a pair of Seekins 30mm rings.

Planning on mounting the scope soon and getting to the range.

Looks good - I am pondering 6.5 myself - let us know how it shoots.

Thanks, Bushdog.

I picked up a March Optics scope earlier this year at an estate auction and plan on using it on this rifle.

Yeah, punctuated with a Arsenal SAM 7SF in 7.62×39 and a Miroku Winchester 94 Sporter in 38-55. Christmas spirit means lots to me. ;) ;) ;)

That should work well - March scopes have a pretty good rep.

Happy New Year to all.
