Don't know, I'm in the US. We've lots of vermin, two legged and four legged and shooting them is highly regulated.

To shoot vermin you need to either own your own land or seek permission to shoot vermin from someone who owns land.

It gets a little bit more technical than that but that's it in a nutshell.

this means you either own the land or have permission (preferably in writing ) from the landowner :!:

Well done for asking first. It takes much time and effort to get shooting permission, so keep at it. It will serve you well to get insurance. BASC is the one most have heard of. In the meantime find a club and learn to shoot.
If you don't have to give up your car because other people commit crimes in their cars, why should I have to give up my firearms because other people commit crimes with their firearms?
