There is an agreement apparently that UK manufacturers will not make a semi auto for sale in the UK.

There is also the problem that if you own one and it does 12.1 ftlbs then you are in possession of a Section 5 prohibited weapon! Remember we are only allowed semi autos in .22 rimfire.

so,you could own one "on ticket" as it is just a similar gun to a .22 LR semi auto as it only discharges one round with each pull of the trigger, unlike Oscars glock which discharges when you don`t pull the trigger :!:

One pull one shot is a semi auto and the law for the UK mainland regarding firearms subject to FAC is that the only semi autos permitted are in .22 rimfire. This would include .22 WMR but anything else would be Section 5 hence no 17 HMR semis.

Once an air rifle goes over 12ftlbs it's treated the same as any other firearm, .177 or .22 in air cannot be a semi. Air pistols are a particular problem, If they go over 6 ftlbs they become prohibited S5.

Crazy innit?
