what's your opinions on the best unit?
would want it for rabbit and Charlie,so would need to fit a couple of scopes and be capable of 150yds at a minimum
if it would need a bigger torch it's no problem
cheers boys,

I've got a high end Envis add on and it's fantastic out to long ranges. I've shot foxes at beyond 300 yards with it. Had a D760 Gen 3 in the past which was outstanding but limiting for the use of the rifle. Add on will never give that level of performance but lets you use the rifle for other things..
It rarely comes out nowadays though; all the foxes are dead!
Worth it for shoots where your permission depends upon results, especially when it's lambing time. Otherwise a waste of time.

Robbie,I just can't do with the hassle of swapping daytime to night time rigs and the rezeroing palaver and can't really justify a dedicated night gun,so that's why a 150-200 yard add on unit appeals to me
But,that said I don't want to buy crap
this is why the stuff I'm looking at is up to 2 grand with the ns 200 @ £600.

i only called in to see what he`d got in night vision and he`d just took this in part exchange for a air gun yesterday
hope the rain holds off tonight and i`ll stick it on the hummer for a couple of hours and see how it performs
