I have the Simmons WTC 1.5-5x20 (2 of actually) and they are very good, not made any more, but a classic. Used to retail for about £100 and now they make almost that on ebay.

I also have a Simmons 8 point 1.5-5x32, which is not in the same league at all, it was VERY cheap and does the job I bought it for, after some adjustment, but the optics are pretty rubbish and I couldn't recommend them. ok for the price, which I think was £34 new!

As above I wouldnt recommend any 1.5-5 scope for shooting rabbits, 4-12 would be the entry level way to go.

Will update here when it arrives how it is, looked at a Hawke 4x40 AO but local rfd wants 55 just for scope that's what put me off as I have an MTC with up to 12x that only paid £130 for lol
for a fiver less the nikko came with mounts, if it's accurate its spot on for its application I.e. Close to medium range bunnys

ummmm then you just had your pants pulled down as well :thdn:
you can get them for £30 new,in fact i have a new 3-9x40 one sat upstairs in its box that came as a package deal on the hw97 ;)
you may get on with it fine though bud but i would recommend looking through it properly before you mount it,as i think you will be disappointed with 4xmag on cheap glass ;)
