I have a Leupold 8 to 25 x 50 LR and find that the head position is a bit fussy.
I have a Sightron 10 to 50 x 60 with a fine cross hair and 1/8" dot which I like a lot.
For the money the Sightron is good value, it's light in weight if you want to do F/TR and there's good back up from John Dean the man who runs Aim Field Sports.
