In fairness - if you think of it another way. I spent £1K on a .222 years ago then couldn't go fox shooting. I sold the gun for £700. It was mint, but meant that I had £750 whereas before I had an ornament.
If he hasn't got on with NV, or the kit, then he's better off rid

In fairness Kenny - I've heard that you have performed quite a bit with yours. Craskey tells me you rperformance at the Blue Oyster Bar was one he'll never forget...

Also remember 2K to one persone is alot of money and to another pocket money.
I recently supplied to a guy a blasa rifle scope ect at a cost of £7250 for fox shooting in .222
Other people struggle to find £400 to do the same job

To put it into perspective as individuals add up all of the rifles, scopes etc that you have ever bought and then sold and see how much money you have lost on the changes.

I know that I now try to wait to get the best I will be able to afford rather than buy cheap just to get one and then lose money when I trade up for what I should have bought in the first place!

Go on be brave, add up what you've spent on shooting kit - rifles, scopes, mounts, NV, binos, boots. coats, hides and then what you lost when you changed kit!

I know a guy who fits this bill, Kite sight, Leica bins etc. All his rifles are like new.
