Anything goes :)

Police Commander Ali Dizaei Jailed

Postby Viperteks » Mon Feb 08, 2010 7:54 pm

They have been chasing this Corrupt Scumbag for more than 10 years, he has always placed the 'Race Card' as he is Asian.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/8504308.stm

Well instead of winding his neck in after getting £60,000 'shush' money 5 years ago, he carried on with his horrid little ways.

Well they have just given him 4 Years - I hope the Bullying, lieing corrupt little shit does the 'hardest time', I hope he is absolutely crapping himself!

He will find out the 'Race Card' does not work inside - Deep Joy!

I beg to differ, he's gone down for two years plus 2 years 'on license' or some such bollocks, which means he'll only do eight months--and he'll probably get sent to an open prison. :kill:

Yes, I too would have liked 4 proper years minimum!

But he will lose his pension and will be mostly unemployable, also as a 'powerful man' who has now lost face within his 'own' circle and people, he will get a hard time - that 'commanders' badge has protected him in may ways! I feel there will be scores to settle!

Allah works in mysterious ways! ;)

Hope they put him among the general populace.

But changing the subject for a minute...

Prosecutor Peter Wright QC said he was guilty of a "wholesale abuse of power" motivated by self-interest and pride

How come half (meaning all) the bleddy government aren't currently behind bars then? :kill:

He'll be working at ACPO in nine months time!
This is England. We took it from nobody; we won it from the soil that the ice left. The bones of our ancestors and their works are everywhere. Our liberties were won in wars and revolutions so terrible that we do not fear our governors: they fear us.

sharing a second with them would be punishment on its own in my opinion.

i would rather take a daily beating than spend a single minute in their company.

:) :hmm:
A lingering suspicion that Dizzy would even now have got away with it,
if the victim himself had not been of "minority" status.

It's a shame they didn't manage to nail Keith 'Back Hand' Vaz and Shahrokh Mireskandari at the same time, because those oily turds have been involved in Ali Dizaei's web of corruption for some time.

I suspect you may find that loss of pension isn't quite as open and shut as that Dave - sadly. His accrued pension pot is a totally different matter to his conviction, and the Met will have to show good reason why it should be affected before they can simply whip it all back.

Stupid system, I know - but that's why people like Dizaei come to live, work and sponge here I suppose.

UPDATE: 0839hrs
Members of the MPA can vote to order Dizaei to forfeit his pension. But first the Home Secretary must agree his crimes were “gravely injurious to the interests of the State” or liable to lead to loss of confidence in police.

With another six years’ service, Dizaei could have expected a pension of about £60,000 a year plus a six-figure lump-sum payout.

Your avatar is brilliant Andy! It mesmerises me ..... pity Sid's not on here. he'd offer to buy it off you.

A Guardian editorial calls this the most corrupt case for forty years [and writes this....]

"Forty years ago, when the most influential British police chief of the postwar era, Robert Mark, took over as the Metropolitan police commissioner, he made a celebrated and shocking remark. 'The basic test of a decent police force is that it catches more criminals than it employs,' Mark said. Then he added: 'And the Met is failing that test.'"

Not much has changed in my experience ........ same goes for Thames Valley.
