All but the last one were primer only, it was only the last one that had powder, hence the burst chamber.

That looks like my brothers gun that I once reloaded for, a S&W Model 28 N frame in 357 Magnum however I sent the I sent the separated casings down the bore with the bullets. The were hollow based bullet that had the centers blown out of them so there were two impact holes on the target for every shot fired. The gun was undamaged but had to go back to the factory to remove the casings from the bore. I've since mature and I don't prepare loads like that anymore. That was 40 years ago and my brother is still carping on about it.
