Just wondering if anyone with a Lee classic turret press has had any problems.
On removing mine from the box and setting up , put it together and after a couple of times putting in and taking out the die holder ring , the locating ball and spring flew out. Its as though it hasn't been swaged enough to hold the ball in place. Waiting for the supplier to provide replacement piece. Not had any issues with the rest of my Lee gear.

Sorry to see you have had issues with your Lee product.

I am lead to believe there customer service is good, I suggest that you take a photo of the broken part and send it them they will arrange collection and replacement.

Personally I am not a lover of Lee presses I fell that they are flimsy compared to Hornaday and RCBS. The paint chipped off on my Hornaday press and they replaced it

best of luck
