I've got several handloading manuals, but my favorite is Ken Waters' "Pet Loads."

Guys, thanks for the links. As a newbie to reloading, it is very helpful to have both the links (and the resources on the sites) and your brains to pick if needed.

Dean Grenell's ABCs of Reloading, endlessly entertaining and instructive. Varmint Al's reloading page (and other stuff): http://www.varmintal.com/arelo.htm

If they're the same arrangement as the DPS II and III, make sure you don't have any grains of powder stuck under the scales platform.

Also, don't be brow-beaten into spending a fortune on manuals. I've only ever used PDFs :).

Agreed - I bought a Lee manual when first starting 6 years ago but have only ever used downloaded PDF's since.
But I am getting Quickload in the next couple of weeks hopefully.

A load of useful links there.

What I'm looking for is information on where I can buy the actual components, bullets, cases, primers and powder. My local RFD is worse than useless for anything that's even a little out of the ordinary, so I have no idea where to start looking. I'm guessing you can't buy it mail order, well, bullets and powder anyway.

Does anyone know of a decent, reliable and reasonably priced source of reloading stuff in the Berkshire/Wilts/Oxfordshire sort of area? There's loads of shooting goes on in these parts, so must be SOMEWHERE I can buy the bits? I'm just outside Lambourn.
