brilliant things, turns even a cheap tesco sausage into something outstanding :clap:, mackerel are brilliant
hot smokers are not that dear now either decent twin level for around £40 posted

Nice, I love smoked meats especially ribs. I don't have a smoker however one of my friends does. I raid his barbecue dinners. Great stuff. :thup: :thup: :thup:

finally got some salmon in the smoker over some hickory, ffs it was nice, with some sea salt it was the nicest smoked salmon ive ever eaten.
i know most people want cold smoked normally, but it was done in a hour and tasted fantastic, even with defrosted fish :clap:
