A mistake that was a Buckmark LBP

Postby jack1 » Sun Jul 22, 2018 2:25 pm

The failure of the Buckmark LBP is matched only by the crass ' amateur week' Westlake fibre optic sight rail.
If you are looking for a long barrel pistol keep looking past the Buckmark if you want an optic sight rail again keep looking past the Westlake

Can you speak to Alan Westlake about it? Fair enough he didn't do the work for you but if you are saying his work is not ideal or what you need then it would be better to allow him to discuss it with you if you need something changing.

Having discussed this product with Mr. Westlake I really do not see there will be a change in his understanding of what is required or service given

The trigger is heavy, it is inaccurate with such ammo brands as Ely Tenex, Club ,RWS (all types) and CCI standard. It is unable to produce a group of less than 5 inches at 20 metres all made worse by the unbelievably low quality fibre optic sight rail that Mr. Westlake could not make easily adjustable. And I have been competing successfully with handguns (UIT to PP1 and 1500) for over 30 years. This is the worse I have ever come by.......Maybe I expect too much and recall what we had but that does not excuse low quality

Hi
The Buckmark story. Today the rear sight on the Westlake fibre optic sight rail fell off and the green fibre optic lens on the front sight also fell off .......and disappeared......
